SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Most of our products are handmade, personalized, or made to order. Processing times vary by product and are shown on the individual product page. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Once production has begun, personalized, engraved, resized, or otherwise customized orders cannot be changed or canceled.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We currently ship within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Available shipping services and prices are calculated at checkout based on the package and delivery address.

Selecting Priority Mail provides faster shipping after your order has been completed, but it does not shorten the time required to create or personalize your order.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery dates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Cyr’s Creations is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Please allow time for USPS to scan and update the tracking information.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipped.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost required to resend it.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. Contact us if you still need assistance.
